============ BEER BREAD ============ 3 cups self-rising flour 1 12-oz bottle/can beer (room temp.) 3 Tbsp sugar 2 or 3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl mix flour, beer, and sugar together just until it forms a dough. Turn into a greased loaf pan, cover with foil. Bake 50 mins, remove foil, brush top with melted butter or margarine.
